Information technology is focusing to provide tools for collaborative innovation by building an integrated platform of business processing and systems. Complexity of a problem demands creativity and diversity. To foster creativity you need to have people approaching a problem from different angles. Innovation combines in itself creativity and execution of that creativity. Organisations must invest in smart minds to maintain their ability to innovate .
